In most cases your phone will automatically configure itself to access the internet on T-Mobile's US network. If this doesn't work you will need to manually configure your phone by following the steps below:
- Click the Start button and choose Settings
- Scroll down to Cellular
- Select Edit APN
- Enter epc.tmobile.com where it asks for the APN and leave the username and password fields blank. If epc.tmobile.com doesn't work, then try internet2.voicestream.com or wap.voicestream.com
- Confirm your details by clicking the tick button
Please note that you must be on T-Mobile's network in order to access data services. Internet access is not available when roaming on partner networks.
